PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payments via Paypal as well as all major credit cards through Stripe which is a simple and secure method of online payment. Learn more about it here. 

CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

We do not cover the cost of customs, duties, or taxes because they are out of our control and vary from country to country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and due upon receipt of your package. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless we shipped you the wrong item. We do, however, offer exchanges for any un-worn, undamaged items you are not 100% satisfied with. Exchanges must be requested within seven (7) business days of receipt of your package and return postage for all exchanges are paid by the customer. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email once all items have been approved for an exchange. Please note that WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON PRINTS PURCHASES.

PROCESSING TIME

The processing time for orders is 2-3 business days after payment is cleared via Canada Post. For full details surrounding our shipping, please visit our shipping page.
